Return Policy
Mountain Gear gladly accepts returns at any time as part of their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. They'll send you another color, a new size or an entirely different style if you are interested in exchange. If you’d rather have a refund, all credits will be processed within 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri excluding holidays) upon receipt of your product(s). Credits are the original purchase price less original shipping. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to them. In the event of an error on their behalf, they will provide a pre-paid return label via-email for return shipment.
