Nordstrom Rack honors price matches that are requested before a purchase. The item being price matched must be identical to the Nordstrom Rack product, in stock, and not from an outlet, discount, flash sale, or auction site.
Return Policy
The Nordstrom Rack return policy allows customers to make easy returns within 45 days of purchase online or in-stores. Returns must meet the following specifications:
- Returned in original packaging, including hangers, tags, cases, and shoe boxes
- Returned in original condition, not worn or damaged
All eligible returns are credited to the original form of payment. Items purchased online or in-store can be returned to any U.S Nordstrom Rack store. Items purchased online can also be returned by mail for a return shipping fee of $5.95.
