About Picaboo
Picaboo is a web-based image self-publishing and printing service based in Hanover, New Hampshire. It was founded in 2002 in Palo Alto, California by Babson College classmates, Howard Field and Kevin McCurdy. Picaboo’s software allows users to customize and order photo books and a variety of other products like canvas prints, posters, calendars, greeting cards, etc. Picaboo customers can also personalize their products by adding photos and captions, using various features, including backgrounds and pre-set templates and layouts. Today, Picaboo offers some of the best deals on printing cards, photo books, calendars, mouse pads, pillows, mugs, ornaments etc., as well as regular Picaboo discounts and coupons, found on other coupon sites.
Price Matching
Picaboo does not currently offer any specific price matching or special couponing features for customers.
Return Policy
If there are any errors in your order that are not reflected by what you see in Preview mode, you should contact Picaboo within 30 days of receiving it. Picaboo will fix it and will send you a new product. Picaboo’s guarantee does not cover user-preventable errors that are visible in the Preview mode of the application. All refunds will be issued as a store credit, in “Picabucks”. Picabucks do not expire and are linked to your account. Picabucks will be automatically applied to your next order in the shopping cart, and can be used towards any product type.
Loyalty Program
Picaboo does not offer a loyalty program. Customers can create a basic member account to track orders, process returns, and manage payments.
Seasonal Sales
Picaboo periodically offers special deals and promotions. Most offers are available on www.picaboo.com, but they are also found on Facebook page. Most unique Picaboo offers are sent to customers by emails, with a whole list of new exclusive deals and sales events. Promotions usually last for short periods of time, sometimes only a single day, and have minimum requirements, but will help you with your savings up to 50% off printing solutions. You can also purchase Picaboo electronic gift certificates that are available in a range of denominations and make a great gift for all occasions.
Qualified Discounts
Picaboo offers a special volume pricing and other exclusive benefits for business and non-profit organizations. These Business Program benefits include ongoing discount of 60% off all orders, a dedicated account manager to assist you during each stage from project creation to order placement, a free sample book for qualifying orders of 10+ books, fast turnaround time as well as many gift cards if your business or organization organizes an event of fundraising nature.
