Return Policy
prAna offers an industry leading guarantee and return policy. Products purchased via prana.com or a prAna retail store may be returned for a refund up to 60 days from the date of purchase to your original form of payment and for the amount of your original purchase price.
Refund requests initiated more than 60 days from the date of purchase will be issued as merchandise credit for the original purchase amount.
To complete a refund request an original receipt or packing slip must be provided as proof purchase. Returns will only be honored for the original purchaser or gift recipient.
