Samsung accepts returns on most items within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Returns must include all accessories, free gifts, manuals, and other included items in order to be accepted by Samsung. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
Loyalty Program
Samsung offers customers the opportunity to join its “Samsung Rewards” loyalty rewards program. Members of this loyalty program earn points on all purchases from Samsung, purchases through the Samsung App, and from other Samsung services. These points can then be redeemed for discounts on future purchases, credit toward Samsung items, and more.

Samsung offers sales for a wide variety of holidays and events. Some of Samsung's largest sales of the year are their Black Friday Sale, Cyber Monday Sale, and the Samsung Christmas Sale. Additionally Samsung frequently offers discounts and coupons on their website throughout the year.
Qualified Discounts
Samsung offers discounts of up to 30% off of select items for active military personnel, veterans, and National Guard members and reservists. Samsung also offers a 30% discount to students and educators.
Trade-In Policy
Samsung accepts trade-ins of phones, tablets, laptops, and other devices for credit toward purchase of a new device. Trade-in devices must be capable of powering on and holding a charge, have a functional display with no dead pixels or black spots, have no breaks, cracks or other defects, must not be on any black lists.be labeled with an FCC ID, have all anti-theft locking software disabled, and have been reset to factory settings.

Samsung does not offer a credit card to customers at this time.
