Return Policy
The Sephora return policy allows customers to return new or gently used items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returns received within 31 to 60 days of purchase are refunded in the form of Sephora store credit. If the return is made in-store, the credit will only be valid in-store. If the return is made by mail, the credit will only be valid online.
Loyalty Program
Sephora offers a Loyalty program with exclusive coupons, promo codes, and perks including:
- Insiders receive 1 point per $1 spent
- Very Important Beauty (VIB) Insiders who spend $350 in a calendar year receive 1.25 points per $1 spent
