Talbots accepts returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise and unopened fragrance with a valid receipt within 90 days of purchase. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. Returns without the original sales receipt can only be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit for the item’s current selling price.
