Personalized and non-personalized items with a valid receipt may be exchanged for the same item or another of equal or lesser value. Non-personalized items with a valid receipt may be returned for a complete refund within 60 days of the purchase date.
All personalized and non-personalized items without a valid receipt may be exchanged for merchandise equal to or less than the value of the order at the time of the exchange.
