Verizon Fios does not accept returns for refunds. However, in order to complete a disconnect order or equipment exchange, Verizon Fios accepts returns on equipment within 30 days of a disconnect order or equipment exchange request. All equipment must be undamaged in order to avoid the assessment of additional fees.
Loyalty Program
Verizon Fios does not currently offer a loyalty program to customers, having discontinued its My Rewards+ program on May 30, 2019. Customers can sign up for a basic member account to track orders, process returns, and manage payments.
