Return Policy
Purchases made in-store can be returned to any Walgreens store within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. Returns must have original receipt to receive a refund for the full purchase price. Without original receipt, items are refunded at lowest advertised price in the form of store credit.
Purchases made at Walgreens.com can be returned to a store or by mail within 30 days of purchase. Customers can return the unused portion of a product if they are unsatisfied, and Walgreens will refund the full price, including shipping, with proof of purchase.
Loyalty Program
The Balance Rewards program is available to all Walgreens customers. All purchases earn points that can be redeemed for rewards and savings.
Balance Rewards members earn 10 points per $1 spent on everyday purchases, 5000 points per $50 spent on beauty, and 100 points for ever 30-day prescription and vaccination. Other opportunities to earn points are available through special promotions and bonus events.
