1. Elgibility: The Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to those who visit www.raise.com/shop/back-to-school and/or www.raise.com/shop/back-to-campus while logged into their Raise accounts and who are at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry. The sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States. Employees of Raise Marketplace, LLC or their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Sweepstakes winners are chosen randomly at the discretion of the Raise marketing team.
2. Sponsor: The sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Raise Marketplace, LLC, located at 2045 West Grand Avenue, Ste B #61404, Chicago, IL 60612 (the "Sponsor")
3. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Sweepstakes rules (the “Rules”), and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor, as final and binding as it relates to the Sweepstakes.
4. Sweepstakes Period: Entries in the Sweepstakes will be accepted online starting on or about Friday, August 4, 2017 and ending Sunday, August 20, 2017. All online entries must be received by Sunday, August 20, 2017 at 11:59PM CDT.
5. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by Sunday, August 20, 2017 at 11:59PM CDT. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You may enter only once per round and you must fill in the information requested. You may enter once by logging into or signing up for your Raise account and visiting www.raise.com/shop/back-to-school and/or www.raise.com/shop/back-to-campus. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
6. Prizes: One winner of the Sweepstakes will receive $500 in Raise Rewards, which Rewards are subject to the terms of Raise Rewards, which can be found at https://www.raise.com/raise-rewards-terms.
7. Promotional Reward Programs Terms Limitations: Sponsor also offers a variety of promotional Raise Reward Programs, whereby Sponsor will provide or offer certain person(s) Raise Rewards in conjunction with various promotional events, programs and initiatives. These promotional Raise Rewards Programs will often identify a time limitation for redeeming any Raise Rewards redemption codes associated with a particular promotional Raise Rewards Program, after which any such Raise Rewards will no longer be redeemable or valid for redemption on the Site.
Raise may identify additional terms and conditions for any Promotional Raise Rewards Program that may (i) limit who can use or redeem a particular promotional Raise Reward, including if it is for new members only, (ii) limit when a particular promotional Raise Reward can be used, (iii) limit what a promotional Raise Reward can be used to purchase, (iv) limit how many promotional Raise Rewards are available to be redeemed in a particular Rewards Program, (v) limit the combination of any particular Promotional Raise Rewards with other Promotional Raise Rewards or Referral Rewards and (vi) provide other particular terms and conditions specifically related to that Promotional Raise Rewards Program. If any of these terms are not being complied with by any member of Raise, then Raise reserves the right to not honor the redemption of any such member’s Promotional Raise Rewards.
Furthermore, Raise reserves the right to limit the number of promotional Raise Rewards offered under any Raise Rewards Program at any time, including the right to terminate any Raise Rewards Program in its sole discretion. Raise, in its sole discretion, may at any time change minimum spend thresholds for taking advantage of any particular Promotional Raise Rewards. This change will be reflected at the time of checkout for the Member. Furthermore, Raise can refuse redemption of certain Raise Rewards promotional codes, to the extent such codes have been promoted by a source not authorized by Raise or contemplated for that particular Raise Reward Program or Promotional Raise Reward code. Again, to the extent any Promotional Raise Reward Program is limited to new members or single use, Raise may not honor any Promotional Raise Rewards they believe to be in violation of this term or limitation, including if Raise determines you have more than one Member Account on Raise.
8. Redemption of Rewards:
Raise Rewards are redeemable toward purchases of gift card products solely on the Site, and you can redeem them during the checkout process. All redemptions are final. To redeem your Raise Rewards, simply add items to your shopping cart and click the “Checkout” button (if you’re not already signed in, the next screen will prompt you to sign in to your account). Continue through the checkout process. When you get to the Shopping Cart section, you’ll see your total number of Raise Rewards available to redeem. Raise Rewards will be applied toward your order and the dollar value will be deducted from your order total. Raise Rewards are applied in full. However for each order total that is equal to or less than the amount of available rewards, you will be charged a $1 fee. If your order total is more than the amount of available Raise Rewards, no fee will be charged. You cannot redeem Raise Rewards for more than the total amount of your purchase. Members may apply all or none of their Raise Rewards to an order, provided that Member pays the remaining order balance with their chosen form of payment. Program Rewards Expiration: Raise Rewards will expire six (6) months from the date they were either (i) first earned under a particular Program or (ii) activated by a Member in conjunction with a particular Raise Rewards Program. If a Member does not redeem Raise Rewards within this timeframe, a Member forfeits all such Raise Rewards and the Raise Rewards will cease to exist in the Member’s account. Your "My Rewards" page on the Site lists your Raise Rewards history, which displays the dates your Raise Rewards were earned or activated and when those particular Raise Rewards will lapse and cease to be valid Raise Rewards in your Raise account. 10. Odds: The odds of winning the Sweepstakes Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received in this Sweepstakes and will be held to the discretion of the Sponsor.
11. Winner selection and notification: Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision and discretion of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified via email to the email address they used to log into their Raise account within five (5) business days following the winner selection. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
12. Rights granted by you: By participating in this Sweepstakes you understand that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media/content now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation. By entering this Sweepstakes you understand that the Sponsor will receive your email information and you hereby agree that the Sponsor may send you emails to your email address specifically pertaining to the Sponsor’s commercial offerings. You may at any time seek to opt-out of receiving any future emails from the Sponsor by simply selecting the opt-out option provided in the emails sent to you by the Sponsor.

Terms: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Raise.com or violates these Sweepstakes Terms Conditions. Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering. Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, injury, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of the Sweepstakes and (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.
15. Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Chicago, Illinois having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
