Shipping Policy

Whether you're buying or selling a gift card, we want to ensure your gift card safely and punctually reaches its destination. Products can be shipped to all U.S. states, and most orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). At this time, we cannot ship to U.S. territories (i.e. Guam, Puerto Rico) or military addresses (AFO, FFO).

For Buyers

We offer free shipping on all gift card orders. If you are purchasing multiple cards within one order, your gift cards may arrive at separate times depending on the seller and card type. If you do not receive your gift card/s accordingly, please email orderstatus@raise.com.

  • Physical Gift Cards: You should receive your gift card by mail in 3-14 business days.
  • Electronic Gift Cards: Your gift cards will be delivered electronically to your Raise account within My Orders. Most orders are processed immediately, but it may take up to 24 hours if further verification is needed.

    *Buyers are responsible for entering their correct billing and shipping address and will be held liable for any misrepresentation of shipment information and related fees.

For Sellers

The shipment and delivery of all gift cards must be confirmed by USPS and Raise before payment is released to the seller.

  • Physical Gift Cards: We ask that you ship your gift card within three business days. Please print the provided, pre­paid USPS shipping label and fasten to the envelope specified by order volume. If we do not receive shipping confirmation within 72 hours, your sale will be canceled. If for any reason you are unable to ship your cards within the specified time, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
  • Electronic Gift Cards: Shipping is free and automatic—let’s raise a glass to that! As soon as the sale has been confirmed, it will automatically transfer from your listings to the buyer's Raise account.

    *Should you misplace, use, or sell your gift card while it is listed on our marketplace, you must immediately remove the item, or you will be held liable for the full value and any associated fees. Please view our terms and conditions for more information.
